BOS refers to the local South African saying, “GO BOS”, meaning: to go wild & crazy in a fun and adventurous way. BOS appreciates positively-wild people and moments, subscribes wholeheartedly to the idea of surprise and delight and encourages everyone to enjoy the unexpected feel-good fun.<\/p>\n

BOS is also short for rooibos, the South African red tea with unique superfood powers. This is the story about two guys who met in their search for meaning, and ended up making magic. It all started in Cape Town, when Grant Rushmere, a passionate, creative entrepreneur set out on a mission to answer the question: Can you be healthy and still have fun? The answer is YES!<\/p>

His quest took him to the Cederberg, some of the most spectacular wilderness you\u2019ll find south of the equator. Here\u2019s where he met Richard Bowsher \u2013 entrepreneur and enthusiastic farmer of \u2013 you guessed it \u2013 organic rooibos. The two of them hit it off. The scene had all the makings of greatness compliments to the rugged mountains and ancient rock pools of Klipopmekaar, Richard\u2019s rooibos farm and nature reserve. Rooibos has a transformative impact on the rural communities as well as the rainbow nation in which it is grown. At BOS we know how important it is to give back, to our people and to the environment, and we are involved in a number of initiatives that do just that.<\/p>\n

We plant 1 tree for every 2000 units sold.
<\/em><\/strong>Through our reforestation, urban greening and sustainable development partnership with Greenpop<\/em>, BOS plants and maintains 1 tree for every 2000 units sold.
