Klipopmekaar partnered with Trace & Save to conduct a thorough net-zero carbon emissions assessment for 2023, encompassing everything from our farm gates to the ports where our tea begins its journey across the globe. The result was better than we could have expected! After more than a decade of dedicated sustainable and regenerative farming practices, we\u2019re proud to announce that Klipopmekaar is net positive in its carbon efforts. More carbon is stored in the soil than is emitted through all operations combined!<\/p>\n

This incredible achievement means that Klipopmekaar farm is now positioned to supply net-zero rooibos tea for potentially the next 80 years, assuming current <\/strong>conditions persist! <\/strong>A big BOS thank you to the team at Klipopmekaar for their unwavering commitment to driving change and prioritizing sustainable farming practices above all else.
