2 medium apples, chopped 
2tbsp lemon juice  
2 cups water 
4x BOS rooibos tea bags  
2tbsp coconut sugar *optional <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oats<\/strong> 
Rolled Oats 
Almond Milk

How to make<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Boil water in a large saucepan and steep Rooibos tea bags for 4-5 minutes.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Remove the tea bags and add chopped apples.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Cover and simmer on low heat until the apples are nearly cooked.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Prepare oats as desired and stir in cinnamon macadamia nut butter.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Serve the cooked oats in a bowl, topped with stewed apples and a drizzle of cinnamon macadamia nut butter. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
