This cocktail is so delicious you\u2019re at risk of spilling it down the sides of your chin because you\u2019re trying to drink it too quickly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3143\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bosbrands.com\/en-za\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/Peach.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"628\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>INGREDIENTS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bosbrands.com\/za\/shop\/peach-rooibos-ice-tea-24-330ml\/\">BOS Peach Ice Tea<\/a><\/li>\n<li>15ml reduced peach syrup<\/li>\n<li>smoked lemongrass<\/li>\n<li>15ml lemon juice<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 \u00bd (37ml) gin<\/span><\/li>\n<li>can of peaches<\/li>\n<li>25ml egg white<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Create your own reduced peach syrup:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Take a can of poached peaches and place it in a hot pan<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Add 200ml of dry white wine &amp; slowly cook<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Add a bit more wine to the peaches until you get a reduced syrup<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>METHOD:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add gin, reduced peach syrup, fresh lemon juice, BOS Peach and beaten egg white together.
