Through its reforestation, urban greening & sustainable development partnership with Greenpop, BOS plants and maintains 1 tree for every 2000 units sold. To date BOS has planted over 30 000 trees.

RAINFOREST ALLIANCE CERTIFIED
We are incredibly excited to announce that all our Hot Rooibos Tea has been granted the Rainforest Alliance seal. The Rainforest Alliance seal promotes collective action for people and nature. It amplifies and reinforces the beneficial impacts of responsible choices, from farms and forests all the way to the supermarket check-out. The seal allows you to recognise and choose products that contribute toward a better future for people and the planet.
Bicycles change lives!
Did you know that 12 million of the country’s 16 million school-going children walk to and from school, and 500 000 of these walk more than two hours to school and two hours back?
We value our children and their education and work with Qhubeka, an organisation that uses bicycles as the tools for change in South Africa.
A Qhubeka bicycle reduces a child’s commute time by up to 75%, which increases attendance, productivity and makes a lasting difference in the lives of South Africa’s youth.
For every bottle of BOS Sport sold, we’ve committed to donate 10c to Qhubeka!

Traditional Knowledge levy
Rooibos is in fact an ancient superfood that was discovered hundreds of years ago by the Khoi-Khoi and San communities. Today, we acknowledge the
profound discovery of this indigenous resource by sharing the benefits with them through a Traditional Knowledge levy, where 1.5% of the average
price of raw rooibos tea is paid to these communities.
