SHIPPING POLICY

We are happy to ship our products to street addresses within South Africa. For orders under R550 shipping costs vary per province you are in. Regional = R80, Outliers = R120.

For orders over R550 we offer free shipping. Currently we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders are processed at our fulfillment warehouse Monday – Friday. Once processed, please allow 3-6 business days for your refreshing BOS ice tea to arrive at your door.

Package tracking numbers are available via your shipping confirmation email. Please allow at least 48 hours after placing your order before calling customer service to check on your order tracking, as the tracking information may not be available from our shippers before that time.
