The perfect pick me up!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tea bags of BOS Organic Rooibos tea
- 500ml water
- 4 thick slices of lemon
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 thumb of ginger, peeled and sliced
METHOD:
- In a small pot add water, tea bags, 3 slices of lemon, and ginger slices. Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add honey, strain and serve the tea with a half slice of lemon.
