- 2 tea bags of BOS Organic Rooibos tea
- 360ml Boiled water
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 6-8 whole Mint Leaves
- 30ml fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon fresh granadilla Juice (with seeds)
- In a large jug, steep tea bags in boiled water for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags and discard. Add honey and stir.
- Muddle the mint leaves, lime juice and granadilla juice together.
Divide into 2 glasses. Top with a scoop of crushed ice. Pour rooibos tea over the ice. Stir and enjoy.
