INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tablespoons or 30 ml vodka
- 2 tablespoons or 30 ml limoncello lemon liqueur
- Ice (cubes or crushed)
- BOS Sparkling Lemon Ice Tea
- 1 tablespoon or 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Sprig of fresh mint and sliced lemon (for garnish)
METHOD:
Place a few blocks of ice or crushed ice into a cocktail glass. Add the vodka, limoncello and lemon juice. Top up with BOS Sparkling Lemon Ice Tea and stir well. Add the mint and lemon to garnish.
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake and mix well.
