After the festive season, it’s normal to need an extra kickstart to get back in the game. Our BOS Morning Booster has all the benefits of rooibos tea with added vitamins, minerals, cleansing enzymes, and probiotics that aid digestion and support good gut health.
Ingredients:
- 1 tea bag of BOS Apple & Mint Flavoured Organic Rooibos Tea
- Juice of half a lemon (1-2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice)
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- Optional: Add some honey for a sweeter shot
Method:
- Steep one teabag in 250 ml boiling water to make one small pot of BOS Apple & Mint Organic Rooibos Tea
- Add apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper and turmeric. (stir, stir, stir)
- Taste and adjust ingredients accordingly
- Bottoms up!
