INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tea bags of BOS Organic Rooibos tea
- 100ml Boiled water
- 100ml Milk (any variety)
- Vanilla essence
- Honey
- Cinnamon
- Ice
METHOD:
Boil water in a kettle, and in a mug steep 2 tea bags in boiling water for at least 3 minutes or until the rooibos tea is strong in taste.
Stir in a splash of vanilla essence, honey and cinnamon for flavour.
In a tall glass, add ice and pour rooibos tea over the ice and add milk. Add extra ice if needed. Stir and enjoy.
**Can be enjoyed as a hot latte by replacing cold milk with frothed milk and removing ice.
