• 50ml SB Rum
• 25ml simple syrup
• fresh lime
• frozen pineapple cubes
• BOS Sparkling Tropical
Method:
This is an easy one.
Throw your frozen pineapple cubes in a glass with rum and simple syrup (or warmed up honey)
Squeeze a little lime and pop it on the side of your glass for some garnish.
